Q：Can I buy a few batteries as samples? What is the quantity of minimum order?
A：Of course, we are supporting customers to buy 1-2 samples as the beginning of our business cooperation.
Q. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourself?
A: Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1> Make sure the voltage/capacity of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> Don’t put used battery and new battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3> Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4> If you are not professional in parallel and series batteries, please don’t handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery.
Q.Can I buy from you if I just need 1 battery for own use?
A:Sorry we are battery factory do not support retail, if you just need for own use we can introduce you to our local retail partner/distributor so you can get local stock and warranty.
Q. What is your warranty?
A: We offer 2 years warranty for all our battery pack. we ensure at least 2,000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, after 2,000, 80% DOD, there will still around 60% capacity left. You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.
Q：How do you provide warranty?
A：Please check the attached warranty. During the warranty period and in the case of correct use, if there is a problem, we will provide new parts free of charge and guide replacement. If the feedback is unable to be repaired, we will replace the new products free of charge, but the problem products must be kept at your place, our engineers will go to help you check and repair.
Q：What functions does your battery support?
A：Our battery can support customized Bluetooth monitoring function, RS485 or CAN-bus communication function.
Q：What’s the lead time for mass production？
A：It depends on the actual situation. 3-7 days with stock, if without stock, that will be depends on your order quantity, normally needs 20-25 days.
Q: Can the battery be used under 0 ℃？Is there temperature protect function?
A: The Lifepo4 battery does not support to charge under 0 ℃. It can be used under 0℃. But the capacity will be affected under low temperature. The battery’s BMS has an over-temperature protection function.
Q: Can we print our customized logo, or customize the battery appearance? Do you accept OEM and ODM order?
A: We support customized labels with customer logos. If the order quantity exceeds 50, we can customize the label for free. Metal shell can be customized according to the requirements . Welcome OEM and ODM order.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We have ISO9001 certification, from incoming materials to production, and then to delivery, there are corresponding QC control. Battery cells will be divided before assembly, and aging test will be conducted before the battery pack leaves the factory to confirm that it is normal before shipment.
Q: What is the advantage and disadvantage of NMC, LiFePO4, LTO battery ?
A: LTO: has the longest life, good at both low temperature and high temperature, high price, large size, very safe, no explosion
LiFePO4: long life, good at high temperature but not good at low temperature, bad consistency, bigger volume than NMC, safe, no explosion,
NMC：good consistency , high density and small volume than LiFePO4, it’s not that safe. Could explode.
